**About the Role**
As the Content & Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging communication strategies that boost MHIAA’s visibility, support business growth and ensure consistent brand messaging. You'll play a key role in managing media relations, creating digital content, driving market research initiatives, and coordinating internal communications that energizes and informs.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create compelling content including newsletters, press releases, blogs, and website updates.
- Manage MHIAA’s social media presence with engaging, on-brand B2C content.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Coordinate brand research and customer satisfaction studies across AU & NZ.
- Analyse communication and campaign performance to deliver actionable insights.
- Support internal communication through newsletters, employee updates, and engagement campaigns.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience in content creation, media relations, and digital communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone and detail.
- Experience in managing social media channels and digital content calendars.
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickDimensions or similar marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
