As we are expanding fast, now we need a Full-time Marketing Specialist to join us in our mission of bringing the best of grass fed meat to the market

**Required Qualification & Skills**
- Education: Bachelor Degree or higher degree in marketing or relevant fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year full-time work experience
- Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management
- Passion for education and creating positive learning environments

**Position Summary**

The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and develop market opportunities for Gingin Grass Fed.

**Key Responsibility**
- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, tracking results and making data-driven adjustments.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media presence, including content scheduling, engagement, and community building.
- Website Management: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimised for lead generation.
- Offline Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of farmer’s market events every week.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyse marketing performance data, providing regular reports and insights to the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
