Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with our warehouse and transport partners to ensure timely delivery to customers across Australia.
- Manage customer orders, enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with administrative duties including invoicing, preparing customer statements, and entering bills using our Accounting Software.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone/email systems
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality service
