**APF Cold Storage & Logistics **are a rapidly growing **essential service **and are currently looking for an **Office Administration Assistant** to form part of our team located in **Athol **Park**. **Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet visitors
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Maintain Health & Safety requirements
- Assist with answering stakeholder inquiries
- Maintain Visitor Management System
- Formatting documents
- Manage office supplies, stationery, tea, coffee etc.
- Assist with the development of admin policies and procedures
- Assist the Operations Manager with basic data entry and filing of paperwork
- Assist the Administration and Marketing Manager with researching, creating, and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms
- Administrative support to other areas in the business when required
**About you**:
- Strong customer service and reception skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Proven resilience
- Proven sense of initiative
- High attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Athol Park, SA 5012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
