**About Gray Puksand**:
Gray Puksand is an Australian architecture and integrated design practice with over 200 highly engaged design professionals across 4 studios in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney.
Our vision is to create an inspired future with beautiful, authentic, and considered projects that improve the way people work, learn and live.
**About the role**:
This is a very exciting time to join our company as we are emerging as one of the top Architectural and Design Practices in Australia.
The unprecedented rate of growth in the past 2 years means we are now on the look out for a dynamic, friendly, and emotionally savvy People + Culture Coordinator to join our national GP Support team.
Reporting to the Commercial Business Manager and working closely with all staff in each studio, the main purpose of this role is to assist with implementing the P+C strategy through providing strong administrative support, including recruitment, performance reviews, disciplinary processes, learning and development activities, and policy interpretation.
This role supports the company nationally, giving you an excellent opportunity to contribute to work on a national scale. You will become an integral member of Gray Puksand Support, ensuring the practice as a whole has everything they need to continue producing first-class Architectural and Design services.
Working hand in hand with a Melbourne counterpart, and under the guidance of a People Operations Manager, this role may appeal to someone who has been working for an external recruitment company and is now looking to transition to in-house human resources, or someone who has been working in generalist HR for a smaller company and is now looking to expand and develop their skill set.
We are open to this role being part time, approximately 30 hours (4 days) per week, and offer flexible working arrangements, although we do stipulate that this role be present in the Studio on Mondays and Wednesdays, to allow cover for our Studio Coordinator.
Our open and light-filled Sydney studio is in the heart of the Sydney CBD, close to trains, buses and ferries, with onsite showers for those who enjoy riding or running to work. You will become part of our fun-loving, dedicated, and creative team of over 60 Architects and Designers, Architectural Technicians, Interior Designers and Graphic Design professionals.

The general duties of this role include:
- Support and assist Lead Partners and Sector Leads in implementing all P+C processes in all studios
- Ensure employment records are accurate and up to date
- Be a point of reference for P+C queries from staff
- Overseeing and undertaking recruitment campaigns
- Managing inductions and onboarding processes, including probation reviews
- Assisting with Learning + Development Programs
- Assist with internal communications and all ad-hoc administration
- Be a culture champion in each studio, and assist in facilitating and arranging cultural activities
**About You**:
This exciting role requires a highly motivated and collaborative team member, who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and finds connecting and talking to people is second nature You take pride in your work and show initiative to ensure that everything you produce is of the highest quality possible.
You need to be a proactive communicator and be able to build strong internal relationships; collaboration is the key to success.
