**About the role at Allied Credit Pty Ltd**

You will join a fun and collaborative team and gain broad exposure across people and culture activities linked to the full employee life cycle, including:

- provide first level advice to employee enquiries regarding payroll, leave, employee related policies and procedures and escalate more complex issues to the People and Culture Manager and/or Head of People and Culture;
- support the end to end administration of our online HRIS (Employment Hero), including employee onboarding, internal movements, separations and changes to employment terms and conditions, offboarding as well as the maintenance of employee files;
- support hiring managers across the business with recruitment related activities as well as assist with Employee Onboarding/Induction Sessions;
- HR Projects including assisting with annual performance management and remuneration review processes; managing Reward and Recognition Programs;
- involvement in our employee groups that promote employee wellbeing and culture initiatives.

**Seniority**

Entry Level - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- Learning and Development Coordination - Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs
