To achieve this, we recognise People are out No. 1 asset. This is why we are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and enhancing our vibrant event culture.
Position: Part-Time People & Culture Coordinator
Reporting to: Head of People & Culture
Location: Moore Park
Type: Part-Time, approx. 20 hours per week
Remuneration: $30-$35 per hour (based on experience)
THE ROLE
As a Part-Time People & Culture Coordinator you'll be a driving force behind our team's growth and spirit. Your involvement in the recruitment process and nurturing our staff culture will contribute to the success of our events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will span a range of critical areas:
Reviewing and Enhancing Staff Database: Working closely with our People & Culture to review and improve our current staff database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Scheduling: Utilizing the Deputy scheduling platform, you'll help create seamless event schedules, maximizing staff efficiency and coverage.
Ensuring Staff Record Compliance: Regularly updating and maintaining staff records, ensuring they align with company policies and industry regulations.
Assisting in Staff Culture Development: Contributing to the fostering of a positive and engaging staff culture by assisting in the planning and execution of team-building activities, training sessions, and events.

Qualifications:
- Tertiary academic qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in similar role, hospitality or events related.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, preferably Deputy or similar tools.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
