**THE ROLE**

This organisiation is looking for a People and Culture professional to join their driven and solutions focused People and Culture team. Whilst being the first point of contact for P&C enquiries, this role has opportunity to truly make it your own with involvement in exciting HR projects, upgrading policies/procedures and owning the full onboarding process.

**DUTIES**
- First point of contact for P&C enquires and issues
- Own the employee lifecycle process from onboarding to off boarding
- Support with monthly payroll processes - ensuring the finance team are updated on any changes
- Draft and issue P&C paperwork such as employee contracts and other employment related documentation
- Maintain and update the HRIS system
- Updating policies, guidelines and procedures
- Management of the HR inbox

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- 2-4 years within a People and Culture or Human Resources coordinator/advisor position
- Working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within a technology company is very desirable
- Experienced in and advising on policy interpretation
- Stakeholder management
- Calm and approachable individual
- Self-starter and solution focused HR professional - proactive individual who can work autonomously and hit the ground running
- Have a passion and the drive to do well and add value to everything you do
- Have a can - do attitude
