**UX Product Designer**:

You will help develop our franchise marketing platform, Digital Stack. A one-of-a-kind opportunity to work on this sort of platform in one of very few hugely successful companies in this industry in Australia.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong conceptual thinking, interaction, and visual design skills to create effective designs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in website design and/or web development, and driven to learn new tools and technologies.
- Expert figma user.
- Understanding of the software development process and experience working with Agile/Scrum. Experience working with a cross-functional team.
- Ability to handle multiple streams of work and complete (realistic) deadlines.

**Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations**:

- Enhance and improve the existing designs.
- Develop user flows and functional prototypes using design tools such as Figma.
- Pay close attention to details to ensure a high-quality design.
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and insights.
- Provide a seamless user experience throughout the design process.
- Adhere to typography and design style standards to maintain and create consistency.
