Senior UX Designer

The Role

Be part of a collaborative, high-performing design team where you will focus on

  • 70% UX / 30% UI
  • Hands-on design in Figma including design systems, prototyping, and responsive layouts
  • Running workshops to shape funnels, journeys, and product strategy
  • Applying UX best practice including usability, accessibility, testing, and research
  • Partnering with product and engineering to bring ideas to life
  • Designing gamified experiences to drive engagement, retention, and conversion

What We Are Looking For

  • End-to-end UX expertise from research through design to delivery
  • Advanced Figma skills and strong knowledge of modern UX tools
  • Confidence in leading workshops and engaging stakeholders
  • Passion for creating seamless, accessible, and gamified user-centred experiences

What You Will Bring

  • A sharp eye for detail and design quality
  • Experience in acquisition journeys, CRO, and gamification strategies
  • A portfolio showing how design drives performance in funnels and interactive experiences
  • Background in gaming studios or web design firms
