We’re seeking a driven Experience Designer to play a key role in our fast-paced digital product development team There is a huge amount of responsibility and impact for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within the engineering team to envision and deliver world-class products that meet company objectives across multiple platforms and settings.
- Facilitate customer and stakeholder input into designs and provide solutions resulting from those data points.
- Work with our product team to translate product requirements into hi-fidelity visual design.
- Create aesthetically pleasing design and interaction patterns which work responsively across devices.
- Work effectively and efficiently with other team members to ensure efficient implementation that is compliant with agreed design specifications.
- Manage the balance between achieving business objectives and ensuring the customer experience across the site is consistent and user friendly.
- Understand and implement best practice design for usability, accessibility and site render/load times.

- Creative mind to solve complex problems.
- Proven experience in translating customer needs and business requirements into design solutions in collaboration with software engineers (portfolio required).
- Expertise in standard design software such as Figma.
- Passionate about all things UI, visual design and prototyping, with a keen desire to share knowledge across the wider team about emerging industry trends and technologies.
