A leading immigration and education consultancy is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. This is a full time and permanent position. You’ll focus on digital and events marketing and contribute to attracting prospective market, selling and promoting business opportunities for the Company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collect industry and local competitor information, marketing research and report on a regular basis to the management team.
- Analyze competitors in target region, identifying business opportunities and target markets; develop, coordinate and implement marketing strategies on the pricing of services and promotions.
- Deliver marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Plan and lead marketing team to conduct marketing campaigns and events within the budget.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, grow audience and increase sales.
- Coordinate the design and development of website and maintain consistency in marketing content and brand image.
- Coordinate and implement print and digital campaigns, including advertisements, videos, social tiles, graphics and other media as required.
- Plan, copywrite and coordinate all social media platforms and scheduled posts.
- Enforce brand marketing throughout each product to create a cohesive and consistent communication to each campaign.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative approaches to optimize social media presence.
- Regularly update and maintain marketing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**KEY DESIRABLE SKILLS**
- Minimum five years solid experience in similar role, with a high degree of knowledge about digital social media and SEO strategies.
- Proficient in search ranking, algorithms, and optimisation factors.
- Ability to think strategically and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and team collaboration skills.
- Highly organised with an ability to multi-task.
- Multi-language skills (Fluency in English and Chinese).

Annual salary up to A$72,000 plus super is offered to the right person.
