At Amused Group, we're expanding our innovative marketing team to stay at the forefront of the wagering sector, and we are currently looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Digital Performance Manager and Marketing Automation Manager, this role is integral to our brand's success across various platforms.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the Digital Performance Manager in managing digital campaigns, including social media, search and display advertising.
- Monitor and optimise performance and marketing campaigns through all digital channels including researching keywords, campaign performance metrics and attributions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Manager to optimise customer communication, implement automation platforms, and manage customer journeys.
- Contribute to budget management, reporting, and data analytics to enhance growth strategies.
- Assist in developing and implementing overall marketing strategies, supporting the creation of new brands, and driving existing online wagering brands.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Participate in collaborative team efforts, brainstorming sessions, and project management.

Firstly, you will have a passion and interest in sports, gaming, or racing You will be an experienced marketing specialist with a strong interest in developing and expanding digital marketing skillset across social, display, SEO/ASO & more with a view to become highly proficient in this space. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different departments, aligning marketing strategies with organisational goals with be critical, as will your analytical mindset. You will bring a focus on evaluating marketing performance and leveraging insights to inform future initiatives.
