**The Opportunity**

Working closely with the Marketing Manager Health, as a Health Marketing Specialist joining Medibank, you will draw on previous campaign execution experience to proactively manage and develop multi-channel Health campaigns.

Collaboration is key in this **12-month contract** as you will work closely with managers, Lead, H&W Crew, and Experience Centre of Excellence stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and implement opportunities to accelerate enrolments in Health & Wellbeing programs, while improving customer experience and engagement.

**Your impact**:

- Develop marketing plans that translate business problems into technical outcomes
- End to end development and execution of multi-channel campaigns against agreed objectives and delivering to key metrics
- Use data insights and analysis to develop new campaign ideas and initiatives with a test and learn approach
- Contribute to and support the delivery of key programs of work that come out of the Health & Wellbeing Crew
- Ensure appropriate reporting and analytics are in place to measure marketing effectiveness and optimise ROI & CPA.

**Who are you?**

You are a Marketing Specialist with proven experience in a high-performing marketing and complex sales environments. You are comfortable executing end-to-end campaigns.

On any given day, you will be developing project plans and briefs, contributing to squad meetings, guiding creative execution, building campaigns, and using data and insights for reporting.

You are a natural relationship builder, work well collaboratively and you have high attention to detail. You have a self -motivated working style and feel comfortable working with data and using it to draw actionable insights.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded. Experience in Health industries or B2B2C environments highly regarded.
