**The Opportunity**
Its an exciting time for our highly regarded Platforms and Automation team, as we continue to grow our business. We have had a newly created role open up for an experienced and technically focused Automation Specialist to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to be very hands on and with a particular focus on our more data heavy, complex end-to-end builds, delivering member communications through our campaign tool, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The capability to make suggestions for optimisations and see them through to completion to add value to existing automations and journeys is seen as a key component to this opportunity.

**Day to day, this role will see you**
- Cross channel build and execute campaigns using SFMC techniques
- Campaign management and execution of projects with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders
- Continual testing and optimisation of existing campaigns
- Delivery of SFMC solution design by spending time troubleshooting issues with daily automations, data complexities, as well as automations which are not specifically campaign focused, however are critical to the wider success of the team
- Working with various data sources to deliver outcomes
- Training and growing knowledge of SFMC platform

**What** **about you?**
This role would be a perfect match for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud looking to grow and develop a career in a supportive, high-energy organisation and looking for something different to a purely campaign execution role. Salesforce certification/s would be a great bonus too.

You are someone who can conceptualise technical outcomes for business requirements and have strong problem-solving skills. Your technical skills include SQL, AMPScript, HTML, and perhaps some experience with API. You have experience creating automated journeys through Automation Studio and Journey Builder. Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation highly desirable however not essential.

In addition to your SFMC experience, you are a confident communicator who is comfortable with engaging with a range of different stakeholders.
