**The Opportunity**:
We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our Retention Marketing team. In this permanent role you’ll be supporting the Marketing Manager on delivering our member retention and engagement initiatives, to achieve customer and business outcomes deriving from the Customer and Lifecycle Management (CALM) Squad.

Deciding if your day is best spent working from home or the office. We don’t go for mandated office attendance here at Medibank, but we will need you to come along to team days and events when they’re on

As Marketing Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders including our Experience and Consumer Hub and the wider marketing team to help drive retention strategies for Medibank. Day to day, this role would see you:
- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns against agreed objectives and delivering to key metrics.
- Use data insights and analysis to develop new ideas and initiatives.
- Implement a test and learn approach that enables robust decision-making and budget allocation to efficiently generate additional revenue growth, engagement and retention.
- Contribute to, be the customer lens and support the delivery of key programs of work that come out of the CALM squad.
- Ensure appropriate reporting and analytics are in place to measure marketing effectiveness and optimise ROI, including lapse impact and attempted lapse.
- Logically work through complex campaign requirements and translate business requirements into effective campaigns, while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Taking some time to recharge your batteries and encouraging others to do the same - you might grab a takeaway coffee and head out for a walking one on one with a team member, get to the gym for a lunchtime class or block out calendar time to attend to your childs school assembly.
- Work closely with various stakeholders from across the business to refine campaign requirements.
- Translating data requirements from creative variations through to briefing in the data selection criteria.
- Briefing our Studio with copywriting and design requirements.
- Managing stakeholder approvals from campaign concepts through to execution.
- Briefing in our Automation team with campaign requirements, managing testing and approvals for campaign go-live.

We will need you to bring your strong end to end campaign delivery experience along with a willingness to actively contribute to the team - we really want you to bring your fresh ideas and insights to the table

You’ll need to be a pro at pivoting - this is a fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly, so you need to be comfortable in running with new approaches.

An effective communicator, you will be able to engage with a range of stakeholders to achieve great results for the business.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with accountability, can manage campaign tasks independently while knowing when to seek guidance, and thrives in environments with a degree of ambiguity.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Previous Private Health experience
