**Marketing Specialist - Live Better**

**The role**:
As an experienced Marketing Specialist, you will utilise your previous campaign management experience to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns against agreed objectives.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, and in squads, you will plan, prioritise and manage integrated marketing plans, championing the scale-up and engagement of members within the Live Better rewards program, and in line with Medibank’s customer loyalty and retention strategy.

Live Better is a health and wellbeing and rewards program designed to support and reward Medibank members for leading healthier and happier lives.

**Important elements of this role include**:

- Develop and deliver campaigns that incorporate the Live Better strategy, objectives, customer segmentation & targeting, campaign metrics, timing, and budget whilst ensuring activities are in line with brand, legal, and compliance standards.
- Work with internal and external suppliers, including creative agencies, to ensure best practice communications are produced
- Drive and deliver partner marketing programs
- Data-driven customer lifecycle marketing, mapping and experience creation, understanding member data and transforming into actionable communications and experience across all available channels

**Your strengths and experience**:
You have proven end-to-end campaign management experience with a focus on multi-channel marketing programs. Services or retail industries preferred.

Demonstrated success in conceptualising commercial variables and being able to work with ambiguity and change

You are analytical and your problem-solving ability is one of your strengths, you use relevant data to provide insight and drive performance.

You have a self-motivated working style and pride yourself on your stakeholder management skills

**Anything else?**
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or implementing data-driven campaigns to deliver both highly targeted ad-hoc and triggered campaigns (**highly regarded)**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
