**The role**

We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Medibank Financial Products Team. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, this role is pivotal for optimising our ‘always on’ digital marketing and delivering new initiatives to help us unlock incremental performance for our Pet, Travel, Life, Motor & Home Insurance Portfolios.

You’ll be helping us reinvent the way we do things - as you’ll be working across both the Medibank and ahm brands to deliver dual brand outcomes. You’ll work in collaboration with a high performing team of marketing professionals, product managers and our agency partners to deliver digital media insights, competitor analysis, audience strategies and spend laydowns.

**How will you add value?**
- Leverage a holistic view of media strategy (Paid, Owned & Earned), whilst supporting the team to run the digital campaigns across both ahm and Medibank’s five financial products portfolios.
- Work with both the Financial Products Performance Marketing Lead and Integrated Marketing Lead to stand-up dual brand planning, campaign optimisations, audience strategies and agency reporting.
- Collaborate with Campaign Specialists and Campaign Managers to ensure digital best practice and leading CX principles are applied at every turn.

Responsible for working with agencies to report on media performance and ensure the timely delivery of digital plans within the agreed SLAs.
- Maintain tracking, budget and reporting documents to ensure administrative requirements are met.
- Work in partnership with our CRO team to implement A/B tests and deliver personalisation at speed and scale.

You are an organised person with a natural ability to adapt to changing conditions and competing priorities. Your workload will be diverse, so you will need to able to balance future focused work with the day-to-day deliverables of your role. You need to have a solid understanding of integrated media planning and buying for all acquisition objectives (SEM & programmatic media experience is highly desirable).

You have a curious mindset and you’re a natural born problem solver. With the help of your past experience (which might include using the GMP stack, Google Analytics, A/B(n) testing tools), you’ll be able to synthesise insights from a variety of data sources to uncover insights and present clear opportunities back to the business.
