Marketing Campaign Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
As an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Live Better Monthly campaign, plus other Health & Wellbeing Crew initiatives.

Utilising your previous campaign experience, you will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns against agreed objectives, and you will drive improvements to member engagement, advocacy, and enrolment in Health & well-being programs.

**This is a 12-month contract**

**Important elements of this role include**:

- Planning, building and executing the Live Better Monthly marketing campaign to increase member engagement and improve advocacy
- Work collaboratively with the Content and Personalization team to plan, develop and produce a 1/3/6 month Live Better Marketing Plan
- Development and execution of multi-channel campaigns against agreed objectives and delivery to key metrics
- Use data insights and analysis to develop new campaign ideas and initiatives with a test-and-learn approach.
- Contribute to and support the delivery of key programs of work that come out of the Health & Wellbeing Crew
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to accelerate member engagement with Health and Wellbeing
- Ensure appropriate reporting and analytics are in place to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize ROI & CPA.

**Your strengths and experience**:
You have proven end-to-end Campaign management experience with a focus on excellent customer experiences and business outcomes.

You are a natural relationship builder and thrive in high-performing marketing and sales environments.

You are analytical and your problem-solving ability is one of your strengths, you use relevant data to provide insight and drive performance.

You have a self-motivated working style and pride yourself in your stakeholder management skills, you work well in environments where you can collaborate to achieve a common work goal.

**Other requirements include**:

- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or implementing data-driven campaigns to deliver both highly targeted ad-hoc and triggered campaigns (**highly regarded)**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create a compelling message and preparation, writing and, production of strategic and formal documents
