- Collect payment over the phone with customer and record received payment, and update customer profile.
- Introducing and transferring phone calls to staff as appropriate.
- Recording messages and passing them on to relevant staff members
- Ensure a prompt and professional follow-up with the customer post-sale. Confirm their satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide assistance with any outstanding needs or questions.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
