- We are looking to recruit an Account Manager who will maintain quality relationships with our clients and has a proven track record in project management and account management.
- This is a key role for an enthusiastic individual who is great at multitasking, problem solving and is a good communicator. We are looking for a patient, professional and motivated individual to be the first point of contact for our clients.
- You will report to the Sales and Business Development Manager.
- Responsibilities include:
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments.
- Contribute to new business growth by assisting BDM with exploring new business opportunities and maintaining a sales pipeline of active leads.
- Monitor and report on customer forecasts, sales performance, production timelines and producing planning meetings.
- Confidently take action to ensure that customer needs are prioritised.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solution focused and process driven, highly organised with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management.
- An understanding of manufacturing environment (GMP).
- Proven experience in account management role (2+ years).
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP business software.
- An understanding of the healthy and beauty industry is a plus.
