Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and delivering on the digital aspects of the marketing plan and wider corporate strategy.
The role contributes to the overall digital content strategy as well as to the ongoing development of digital banking and on boarding platforms including internet banking, on boarding modules and the mobile phone apps.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategy**
- Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing plan and budget in partnership with the Head of Marketing & Senior Marketing Manager - CRM.
- Develop, in consultation with agencies and the Head of Marketing, brand and product campaign strategies in line with business objectives.
- Develop and oversees the ongoing website design, development and optimisation strategy
- Contribute to development and implementation of digital content, social media and advertising strategies..
- Develop and execute the bank’s marketing technology ongoing program of work to support customer and revenue growth.
- Participate and contribute to key business working groups.

**Website**
- Oversee the ongoing development of the website as a tool for customer acquisition, ensuring the design and content is consistent with the Bank’s brand guidelines.
- Build and evolve the bank’s digital brand guidelines ensuring it adheres to the master brand approach.
- Drive a best practice user testing approach with a key focus on inclusivity and accessibility.
- Implement an annual development roadmap to develop the website in response to user feedback and to ensure the Bank presents a market leading website experience.
- Oversee a quarterly review of the website content
**Advertising**
- Oversee the digital brand and product advertising campaigns in partnership with the Head of Marketing, ensuring integration across traditional channels.
- Own the digital media strategy in partnership with the media agency ensuring that the targeting, messaging and ad creative are aligned to the relevant channels
- Manage the ongoing technical optimisation of how the business approaches digital advertising, working closely with the Media Agency’s Digital Director.
- Manage the Bank’s SEM and SEO approach to secure strategic keywords, support campaigns in market and generate leads across product categories.
- Manage the digital marketing team helping drive their experience and growth within the bank - ensuring they are confident and capable in managing and delivering on their areas of focus.

**Digital banking**
- Oversee the branding and content of digital banking assets
- Contribute as needed to the long-term holistic digital strategy of the bank.
- Champion an integrated journey approach across all digital channels.

**Digital reporting**
- Oversee website dashboards and performance reports to ensure the business understands the impact of the digital channel, its contribution to the customer experience and overall performance.
- Provide the Head of Marketing, Exec and Board with relevant insights and reports both on a planned and unplanned basis.
**Relationships**
- Manage relationships with the Bank’s key suppliers across advertising, digital agencies, website, app, SEM, SEO and analytics to assist manage development and online performance.
**People management**
- Manage the performance and development of the website and digital marketing teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to your direct reports to foster a culture of trust, respect, cohesion and performance.
**Experience Required**
- At least 8-10 years corporate experience in campaign development and execution, digital development, content creation and digital advertising.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Critical and analytical thinking and skills
- High level project management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects.
- Ability to manage and develop team members to meet business objectives as well as manage supplier and agency relationships to meet contractual obligations
- Experience in developing and executing brand and product campaigns and customer acquisition journeys
- Experience in developing and maintaining corporate websites, including content generation for digital platforms.
- Experience in managing paid advertising channels and media plans.
- Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Experience across both enterprise and headless content management systems
