This leading South Australia company, with a workforce of over 1,400 employees, provides services across the state to support economic development, growth and opportunity. A career Executive Assistant is now sought to provide high level professional and confidential executive support to the Chief Financial Officer to ensure excellence in customer experience and service delivery across the business group is highly functioning with pure efficiency.

This role requires a proactive and natural influencer, who is able to build relationships and champion the way things are done. Developing trust will be achieved through a high degree of professionalism, knowledge of the broader business, confidentiality and a mature outlook. You will demonstrate initiative, business acumen, strong written communication and exceptional prioritisation skills, with the ability to make others feel a sense of calm and ‘heard’ in your presence. Extensive experience in providing executive support to a CEO or at an executive leadership level is essential.
