**Helping Hand, **one of South Australia’s leading not-for-profit aged care organisations, plays an important role in delivering care and service to older people. Acknowledging that their workforce is their most valuable asset they invest in ongoing professional development to engage and inspire their teams to be the best they can be. With a workforce of over 2,000 and revenue in excess of $120 million, they provide services to thousands of older people across the state. As an organisation, they are entrepreneurial and innovative, with a clear strategy focused on sustainability, continuous improvement and building partnerships and alliances across the sector.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the **Executive Manager, Home Care and Housing** leads the delivery of home care and community services for around 3,000 clients and 400 staff, as well as providing management oversight of 120 retirement living units and rental properties across Adelaide and regional South Australia. With a key focus on building a business model that facilitates strategic growth, you will build collaborative partnerships to maximise service integration and create strategies to generate new services and fill market gaps for older people living at home. Leveraging the role of technology, you will drive efficiencies, champion change and lead your team to transform the business through innovation.

An outstanding leader and coach, you will have proven experience developing a high performing team, while embedding organisation values and ethos to foster collaboration and drive service outcomes. A strategic thinker, with excellent financial and commercial acumen, you will have a track record of growing a business enterprise in an environment of high regulation and significant client demand. Tertiary qualified in management, you will have a growth mindset, with an entrepreneurial approach to change management and process improvement.
