VROC is a hi-tech Artificial Intelligence (AI) company delivering predictive maintenance and optimisation solutions into oil and gas, mining and resources, energy, and heavy industrial industries. VROC is a fast-growing enterprise software provider founded in 2016. With their mission to co-create efficient industries for a sustainable future, they exist to tackle the most formidable AI adoption challenges around asset reliability and optimisation. Reporting to and working closely with the Founders and the Board, you will be responsible for scaling the company to its’ next phase of growth. Leading the team with a vision for the next phase of evolution, you will expand into and develop new markets globally, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to catalyse business development success. As the leader of the company, you will drive revenue growth and profitability, provide capital stewardship and leadership to a diversified team of people across sales, product development and operations. Presenting and showcasing VROC’s capabilities to external stakeholders, blue-chip clients, investors and the Board, you will present growth strategies and business opportunities to achieve ongoing business success.

A Chief Executive with sales and business development experience, you will have demonstrated results in developing and executing a strategic business plan for growth. An engaging and innovative leader, you will have strong stakeholder management skills and existing industry networks preferably across the oil and gas and resources sectors. The ability to think strategically, with strong planning and most importantly, execution skills, you will have proven experience in growing businesses at a global scale and developing new markets. Solid commercial understanding of start-up or scale-up technology businesses is highly regarded.
