Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive team, leading, growing and overseeing the delivery of community, disability and aged care services. Championing best practice and continuous improvement, the COO will balance operational excellence with long term financial sustainability. This key role will drive service culture and performance, as well as maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and clinical governance standards. Central to the role is the design and delivery of innovative service models that respond to the evolving needs of clients, residents and communities, embedding their voices and experiences in service planning, performance and evaluation. The COO will inspire and empower a high-performing leadership team, promoting a people-centred approach, fostering collaboration across the organisation and building relationships with industry partners government, funding bodies and the wider community.

An experienced executive, you will have an understanding of diverse and complex service portfolios traversing the aged care, disability and community sectors. You will have demonstrated success translating strategic vision into tangible results and experience working with large and diverse workforces. A commitment to driving sustainable organisational growth and desire to lead transformational projects that make a difference are essential. Ultimately, you are a values-led, purpose-driven leader with the ability to balance your passion for social change with a commercial lens and financial literacy.
