About the Role:
Salvos Stores are looking for motivated Administration Assistants in Canning Vale. Come join our Administration team and play an essential role in supporting the Salvos Stores retail team, undertaking a diverse range of admin tasks, where no two days will be the same.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Perform general administrative and clerical activities.
- Assist with data input and management and record keeping as required by salvos stores.
- Assist store and area managers with general enquiries and business functions, and liaise between different parties within salvos stores and the broader organisation.
- Manage ordering processes for items in line with current Salvation Army protocols.
- Support the production of a wide range of documents and media content as required by salvos stores.

About you:

- Prior administrative experience or qualifications highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar administrative role, where customer service is a strong focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and analytical skills, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and action them effectively.
