**State Service Manager (Domestic Appliances)**

An exciting opportunity exists for passionate, motivated and enthusiastic **State Service Manager **to join the Miele team in Perth in a **permanent**, **full time** capacity

Reporting to the Leader of Service, ANZ, this crucial role ensures all Miele domestic consumer service needs are exceeded. By managing a team of Miele Domestic Field Technicians and a State Service Partner network the State Service Manager provides industry leading service support for all Miele products, services and processes, in order to support Miele’s vision of becoming the brand of choice.

- Can manager State Service department and personnel in accordance with national Service guidelines and requirements.

**Reporting into the Leader of Service, job responsibilities will include**:

- Great attitude with a friendly, professional and positive demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Time management skills (adherence to deadlines).
- Process driven, solid understanding of service processes
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong customer service focus (internal & external customers)
- Excellent computer skills.
- Be a strategic thinker who can lead, inspire others and thrive on building relationships
- Be a team player with the ability to ask for, and provide, direction and training when needed
- Work with set organisational targets (KPIs)
- Embrace and champion change management
- Have a Certificate IV Front Line Management or equivalent. Minimum level relevant state based electrical workers license preferred but not necessary
