Our office is based in Canning Vale. Key deliverables of the role include: - Accountability for new business development and managing client relationships to ensure the achievement of financial outcomes and growth targets. - Implementing strategies to achieve or exceed budget and drive business growth. - Leading by effectively planning and prioritising of people and resources. - Managing an effective maintenance program to ensure equipment availability is optimised and equipment is used in a safe way. **About You**: To be successful, you’ll bring: - ** Proven Operational experience**: 5+ years proven track record in managing teams in the landscape industry. - ** Leadership Skills**: sets clear direction and priorities. Engages with team, coaches to lift capability and holds people accountable. - ** Subject matter expertise -**thorough knowledge of the landscape industry, including irrigation, construction, maintenance, horticulture and safety practices. - ** Communication and Customer service ethic**: the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, articulate clear messages and demonstrate a commitment to customer service - ** Planning and Organization**: excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deliverables Why join us?
