**The Role**
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader ALS Asset Care has an opportunity for a suitably experienced Administrator to Join our Team based in our Canning Vale office in Perth. You will be working in a busy role with lots of variety alongside a hardworking and close-knit team.

**The day to day**
Our teams love what they do, and when you’re working with us your day could involve:

- All round accounts experience
- Processing invoices for issue to clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet month end deadlines
- Maintaining various customer registration portals and ensuring appropriate induction and onboarding requirements are met for our employees;
- Assist with preparation of documents and technical reports;
- Answer phones, attend to customer requests, booking of equipment and other related support services;
- General office administrative assistance across various departments.

**The essentials**
We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:

- Proven ability to work within a large team environment and should possess:

- Customer service focused with a pleasant phone manner;
- Experience with Microsoft Office; including Microsoft Teams;
- Accurate typist with a minimum speed of 50wpm;
