**Work closely with the business to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will include**:

- Creative add writing
- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Managing all pre-employment and reference checks
- Supporting Talent Acquisition with sourcing activities
- General recruitment administrative tasks and producing contracts
- Managing onboarding and employee data, setting up new employees in payroll
- Assisting with offboarding of contracted employees
- Managing HR inbox enquiries

**To be successful in this role you must possess**:

- Prior recruitment experience and some experience working in a HR Generalist position
- Strong attention to detail and timeliness in meeting deadlines
- Experience in writing and posting job ads
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Be proactive
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Understanding of Australian Employment law
