New opportunity to strengthen the People Team and become a-part of rapid growth across the network The Talent Acquisition Consultant for ELRANZ will provide support in high-volume recruitment whilst building talent capability both in Support Office and Operations nationally. You will identify and promote new ways of working and empowering approaches to all things talent in support of delivering on the business goals. There will be the opportunity to work across multiple functions within the people team to continue to expand on and develop your skills.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partnering with senior leadership team to understand position requirements and team needs
- Develop recruitment and attraction strategies
- Build strong partnerships with universities and education institutions
- Recommend continuous improvement to practices and optimising new strategies and efficiencies

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Degree qualified in HR or relevant area
- Shown experience in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruitment
- Passionate in partnering and building meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the network
- Proficient in communicating and negotiating
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
- A team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment
