- Extensive demonstrated Program and Senior Project Management experience within IT Service Delivery Management and Service Transformation in large enterprises;
- Demonstrated hands on experience and thorough, guru level, understanding of ITIL framework;
- Demonstrated experience in delivery and hands on operation of SIAM - Service Integration and Management;
- Detailed experience in complex, matrixed stakeholder management at different levels, confidently running steering committees, meetings and stand ups;
- Demonstrated experience in large service vendor relationship management;
- Detailed project and program management skills across project governance, risk management, financial numeracy, budgeting, people management;
Highly advantageous but not essential:

- Experience within large NSW government organizations;
- Experience in guidance of service upgrade and transitioning from one large vendor to another;
- Experience within End User Computing program delivery;
- Experience across delivery of ABW Activity Based Working Environment Fitouts and/or ICT Hardware Infrastructure;
- Technical knowledge of IT Network & hardware Infrastructure, computers, networks and switches;
You are a senior PM and have hands on, inside out knowledge of ITIL framework and SIAM environments. Having the combination of senior level project management and delivery as well as an in-depth level of ITIL and SIAM experience is absolutely essential.

You will be joining a large, complex organization that is transitioning from one large service provider to another. While you will work on end to end basis as a senior PM across this transition, you will also be managing a large number of other stakeholders, direct reports as well as other vendors.
