**Role Summary**
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven Sales Professional: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the B2B SME market.
- Leadership: Established experience as a people leader with a background in insurance.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Underwriting and Claims Leaders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Experience in operating within a regulated environment and conducting compliance reviews.
- Autonomy and Travel: Capability to work independently in a field and home-based role, with a willingness to travel.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Objectives: Lead the team to achieve agreed sales metrics.
- Team Development: Provide product knowledge training, sales skills coaching, and support career development.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships to deliver win/win outcomes for Members, RAMs, and the business.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and manage outcomes in line with Risk Advisory & Audit policy.
- Integrity: Promote and adhere to Capricorn's Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical and professional behavior.
