Regional Sales Manager WA/SA - Leading Consumer Tech Brand

You'll be the driving force behind our on-the-ground team, representing a leading consumer tech brand and helping people discover what our devices can do. This role is about coaching, inspiring, and leading from the front to create an exceptional experience for our retail partners and customers. This is more than a job. This is a hybrid role, with balance of being in-field as well as work from home.

Your Impact
  • Lead with Empathy and Expertise: You'll coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of in-store sales and training specialists.
  • Innovate in Retail: You'll collaborate with some of Australia's biggest retailers, including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Telstra, and Optus, to drive excellence and shape the future of in-store experiences.
  • Fuel Growth: By analyzing sales data and gathering valuable retail insights, you'll help us continuously improve and innovate our approach.
  • Build the Future: You'll play a direct role in the development of your team and contribute to a culture that values learning, curiosity, and collaboration.
What You'll Bring
  • A Coaching Mindset: You have at least three years of proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve their full potential.
