**About the role at Woolworths Group**

We work in a fast paced contact centre environment and provide high quality assistance and support to managers and team members in a timely manner. Due to ongoing evolution within our team and internal promotions, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service oriented and inquisitive individual to join the HR Shared Services team as an Employee Relations Advisor.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- Implementation of People and Culture Projects - Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
- Internal Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
