**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an** Employee Relations Advisor** to be part of our Employee Relations, People and Capability Command. The Employee Relations Advisor provides support by assisting with research and providing accurate and timely information and advice to all areas of the organisation in relation to employee relations and policy issues.
