We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a growing team in Wangara, Perth.

**Operations Administrator**

Our client is a vertically integrated whole of life water and environmental services provider. They are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their growing team in Perth to assist them with the mobilisation of their employees and any day-to-day administrative tasks for 6 months, starting the middle of January. They are open to discussing the hours and flexible work arrangements of the position aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role.

**Start**:Middle of January

**Hours**:8 hours (Full time)

**Location**: Wangara, Perth

**Pay rate**: $40 - $43 per hour

**THE ROLE**
- Flight and accommodation bookings through multiple client systems;
- Crew planning and maintenance of crew rosters;
- Mobilisation of the crew, including working with clients to ensure their site access requirements are met;
- Assistance with recruitment and on-boarding activities (including booking medicals, arranging and monitoring induction and training requirements, updating personnel records, preparing uniforms, etc); and
- Administration assistance to the Operations and the HSE team, as required.

**THE PERSON**
- Must have previous experience in a similar role in the mining and/or drilling industry.
- Proud of performing your work on time and accurately.
- Enjoys a challenge, learning new tasks and taking initiative.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand how to prioritise your work.
- Possesses a high level of verbal, written and communication skills.
- Willing to adapt to a flexible work schedule to meet business requirements, when required.
