These guys have been in the industry servicing major clients for 50 years for a reason. The WA office may be small, but they are passionate about the work they do and are excited to welcome a senior operations administrator to join their close-knit team and keep everything ticking nicely.

**WHAT AM I GETTING MYSELF INTO?**

Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be to be one step ahead and ensure that the team has what they need to succeed. It’s a role that will keep you busy, but one it’s near impossible to get bored in.

Here’s what your day will look like:

- Remotely monitor the usage of product and organise purchase orders to ensure supply is maintained
- Project and operations support
- Administration of supply chain coordination
- Document control
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company
- General admin support as require

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

You will need to have prior experience in a similar role, while they don’t expect you to know everything from the get-go, they don’t have the resources to train some one completely knew to the industry.

As well as this to succeed in the role you will need:

- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
- Good communication skills - active listener, good communicator
- Flexible, able to multi-task, excellent prioritisation/time management skills
- A basic understanding of importation
- Mining experience - Understanding of the lingo
