We’re looking for a **Creative Operations Manager** to bring structure, efficiency, and inspiration to our studio. In this role, you'll partner closely with our talented creative team to streamline operations, manage projects, and champion a culture of excellence. **In this Role** - Lead our Creative Operating Model, gathering feedback and optimizing processes. - Oversee project intake, resourcing, and studio planning, ensuring projects are on brief, on time, and on budget. - Mentor and manage a team of Traffic and Project Managers, aligning projects with team members’ growth goals. - Act as the central hub, liaising with Brand, Campaign, PR, and Media teams to drive impactful creative work. **You’re Likely a Match If*** - Proven leadership experience, ideally within a creative studio, with a knack for problem-solving and a can-do attitude. - A collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach that thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
