Role Responsibilities:

As the Creative Design Lead / Lead Graphic Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's creative direction and visual identity across all major projects. This is a unique opportunity for a design professional who combines conceptual vision with technical understanding, someone who can lead, inspire and execute design solutions that redefine how brands are experienced in physical environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading creative direction and innovation across diverse projects
  • Conceptualising and developing design outcomes that go beyond signage, integrating materials, lighting and architectural elements to create immersive, brand-defining spaces
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Estimating and Operations teams to ensure designs align with creative intent, practicality and project budgets
  • Translating client insights and workshop outcomes into meaningful and strategic design solutions
  • Mentoring and inspiring a talented design team (including international designers) to consistently deliver exceptional creative work
  • Upholding the company's reputation for quality, attention to detail and design excellence

Role Requirements:

  • Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in signage, wayfinding or brand environment design
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams and influence strategic design direction
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • 3D visualisation and spatial awareness skills (SketchUp or equivalent) highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
  • Commercially astute, quality-driven and passionate about elevating design standards
