Creative Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist who has a flair for visual storytelling, product development, baking, and social media. This is an opportunity to bring creativity to life—taking new products from concept to consumer launch—while creating engaging brand content that connects with our customers online and at events.

What you'll be doing

• Lead product development projects from idea creation to launch.
• Develop and refine recipes, including consumer-friendly alternatives.
• Coordinate with the QA team to create nutritional info, ingredient lists, NIP panels, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with designers on packaging content and artwork.
• Create, plan, and coordinate content for digital and social media channels, including product photography, video content, recipes, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to engage audiences and build brand awareness.
• Manage community engagement on social platforms and assist with influencer and partner collaborations.
• Build product samples, manage packaging mock-ups, and coordinate photo/video shoots.
• Manage GS1 barcodes, reports, and labelling compliance.
• Support brand presence at expos and events by coordinating, cooking, and presenting samples.
• Assist with R&D grant submissions and prepare compliance reports (APCO).
• Collaborate across teams to ensure projects meet budget, compliance, and customer expectations.

What we're looking for

• Strong visual communication skills and a passion for product storytelling.
• A creative baker with an innovative approach to recipe development.
• Content creation expertise, with experience taking photos, shooting short-form video, and repurposing content for multiple platforms.
• Confident in managing social media scheduling tools and analytics to track performance and insights.
• Experience in project management within food, product, or packaging development.
• Some knowledge of food safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• A can-do team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
