CRM Technical Consultant

This role will be responsible for extensive stakeholder engagement and management, ranging from colleagues across all levels of the organisation through to external technical architects and software specialists where collaboration will maintain the CRM system.
As a key member of the CRM support team, the technical consultant will support the bank in the day to day support and administration of CRM and contribute to the delivery of enhancements.
Utilising knowledge of the capabilities of Dynamics CRM and insights of the banks existing eco-system of technology solutions, you will act as a key resource that manages complex technical components that enable successful support of CRM.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a key resource that manages the Dynamics support-model, ranging from system break-fix scenarios through to minor enhancements on an existing Dynamics module
- Perform preventative maintenance on the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal SME’s and external consultants to understand and design current and future state technical architectures required to support CRM
- ** Have a working knowledge of technical languages such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS, JavaScript, HTML and.Net Frameworks**:
- Work with various teams across the business to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation and ownership of UAT test scripts
- Work as part of the Information technology (IT) department to ensure the maintenance, build and development of CRM aligns with the bank’s governance and change management framework
- Assist in solution deployment activities across all installed instances of CRM
**Support of CRM System by**:
- Managing and resolving incidents
- Managing and resolving service requests
- Work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues

**Essential Selection Criteria**:
- Demonstrable experience working with the Dynamics CRM systems
- CRM Support experience is essential
- Experience in governance principles around change management
- Experience with process optimization using technology solutions
- Ability to communicate strategic and technical concepts with clarity to stakeholders across all levels of technical competence
- Proven ability and experience in working with third party providers and vendors
