**The Position**

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this exciting and newly designed role will collaborate with senior stakeholders to build a sustainable workforce, enabling United for Care to fulfil its strategic objectives.

This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to build a strong talent pipeline and strengthen our employment brand as an employer of choice.

The role is yours to own and take the lead - responsibilities will include:

- Managing the full end to end recruitment process, focusing on a values based approach
- Providing support and coaching to hiring managers on a best practice approach
- Building and maintaining talent pools through networking, social media and other forums to ensure our workforce is ready to meet future growth needs
- Contributing to the development of a new and enhanced EVP, working in partnership with our marketing team to build a strong employer brand as an employer of choice
- Reporting on key metrics and stats to identify areas for improvement

**About You**

To succeed in this role you’ll need:

- 5+ years’ experience in high-volume recruitment, with a mix of agency and in-house
- Experience and passion for the disability, social services, or health services sector
- Proven experience of strategic sourcing, building talent pipelines and an understanding of behavioural interviewing
- Experience with employer branding and EVP - and strong relationship building skills
