**About the role**:
We are thrilled to be recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic 'Team Talent'

In this role, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our incredible Regional Managers to attract and secure top talent in the OSHC industry.

Your exceptional relationship-building skills and customer-focused approach will establish you as a trusted partner to our Operations team, ensuring high-quality staffing outcomes across our programs.
- Main responsibilities:_
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to hire talent that reflects the company's values.
- Manage the collection & verification of new starter compliance obligations to meet industry regulations.
- Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System.
- Reporting of progress weekly.
- Project work consistent with Team goals & strategy.

you will have:

- A genuine motivation to help TeamKids deliver outstanding programs for the children in our care.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing multiple vacancies and collaborating with diverse Hiring Managers.
- Strong relationship-building skills to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with an authentic and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of labour laws, child safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to the education or OSHC industry.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to optimise hiring processes.
