The Opportunity
We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our People & Culture function. This is an exciting growth role for someone passionate about HR and eager to take on responsibilities across operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
You will primarily work remotely, with end-of-month onsite sessions in Sydney for reporting, performance discussions, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Employee Experience: Assist with onboarding, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing programs.
- Project Coordination: Support HR projects across performance reviews, salary benchmarking, and talent development.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare people metrics, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and client stakeholders.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: AUD $43/hour (approx. $95K+ annually).

About You
- Studying towards or completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior HR, recruitment, or administrative experience is desirable (but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Most importantly: a growth mindset and the willingness to learn.
