We are currently looking for an experienced internal recruiter to join our busy HR team in the role of **Talent Acquisition Specialist** and work across our three exciting brands sass and bide, Marcs and David Lawrence. This role will manage the end to end recruitment of all roles, from senior management through to our retail team members.

**Reporting to the Head of Human Resources your key responsibilities include**:

- Creating, designing and posting job ads
- Proactively sourcing applicants through various channels
- Support development of a talent pipeline through strategic networking
- Implement effective recruitment marketing campaign strategies for a variety of roles
- Conducting reference checks or other pre-employment checks as required
- Establish and develop social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn to ‘sell’ our brand
- Liaise with recruitment agencies on specialised roles
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Work with line managers to update and develop job descriptions for various roles
- Assist in driving and developing the onboarding process; including induction as required

**The role is full time with hybrid work options available, but we will also consider other flexible work arrangements.**

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an internal recruitment/HR role
- Experience in proactively sourcing, headhunting & networking within the talent space
- Self
- starter that can multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate within our team
- Excellent communicator with good attention to detail
- Ability to provide feedback as and when required to all levels of the business
- Highly organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results
- Experience working within retail recruitment or HR is highly desirable
