Our client is a leading not for profit membership-based organisation established to advocate for health and medical standards and education. They have an exciting opportunity on offer for and Examination Coordinator to start immediately for a three-month temp assignment with the possibility of the role going permanent. You will be required to work fulltime hours, and the client offers a hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the office which is based in the CBD. This pay rate for this role will be $40-$45 per hour + Super.

Working for Head of Examinations the primary objective of the role is to coordinate the planning, logistics and delivery of online and practical exams.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Manage timelines, communications and documentation to support the coordination and delivery of all examinations and exam related activities to ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Provide systems and process oversight and support during the preparation and delivery of all examinations
- Prepare and maintain detailed knowledge of the department business processes including user manuals, how to guides and user support documentation related to the IT technology developed and integrated to support and enhance examination delivery and conduct
- Prepare and dispatch examination material
- Provide secretariat support to relevant examination committees, including preparation of meeting room and venue bookings, agendas and reports, organising and attending meetings, producing minutes, drafting reports and correspondence, and supporting the implementation of committee decisions, policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate experience in coordination or management of examinations or events including committee/board management and support. A substantial amount of administration experience within a complex, professional environment is essential. You must have the ability to prioritise a diverse workload and multi-task with a strong ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work under pressure efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with people at all levels is essential as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and time management skills is a must with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to think laterally. Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office suites is important. Experience using an online exam delivery platform (i.e. Moodle) for both delivery and scoring of examinations and electronic devices such as tablets for exam marking would be an advantage but not essential.
