We want you to be a part of the Executive Services Unit that is making a difference by providing high quality services for the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning and the Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning and Minister for Industrial Relation's Office.
**Your responsibilities include**:
Utilise expert knowledge of a record management system to research, analyse, retrieve and track electronic documents and assist with any follow up actions in response to situations requiring a rapid turnaround of information.
Assist in the resolution of complex enquiries and confidential and sensitive issues and be proactive in redirecting enquiries to appropriate officers within the department and across government.
Assist with the identification of emerging issues based on an analysis of incoming correspondence to ensure issues are proactively addressed and referred to the Departmental Liaison Officer for further action.
Support the coordination and review of written and verbal advice to staff in the Office of the Deputy Premier in relation to portfolio matters, consistent with government policy and departmental objectives and procedures.
Provide logístical support including but not limited to arranging meetings between ministerial staff and departmental executives or external stakeholders.
Provide timely and professional advice on work systems, procedures and guidelines to streamline work processes.
