**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Lead with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment. This permanent position is based at our headquarters in Ormeau and presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team of recruitment consultants. The role involves close collaboration with senior business stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet targets. A focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making is essential, along with a passion for nurturing and developing high-performing teams.
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to serve our healthcare clients. This people-centric role emphasises the delivery of exceptional client service and offers significant involvement across all stages of the recruitment process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders to assess recruitment requirements.
- Utilise proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies across various channels and platforms.
- Interpret and present data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Provide leadership, consultation, and strategic direction to recruitment coordinators within the office and remotely.
- Drive key recruitment initiatives including employer branding and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Exceed recruitment activity goals and generate new leads and referrals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across our client portfolio.
- Support team members' career development and performance management.
- Establish clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
- Strong expertise in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
- Background in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume recruitment roles, healthcare industry preferred but not necessary.
- Previous team leadership experience preferred.
- Competitive drive, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems (LiveHire, Deputy).
